Noah,What are you looking to do, buy and hold for the long run, fix and flip or buy and hold for a bit in hopes that the property will appreciate in value. if it's the last two, then you have to concern yourself with the market and where the value of the properties are going, if you are in for the long haul, does it matter if it appreciates a lot in value, as long as you can make positive money on income along the way and have the tenants pay down the mortgage for you ?
