Hi All

I am a long time lurker, first time poster to BP. I began investing with a mfh in May of 2009 in a suburb of Boston. I still continue to self manage the property. I had toyed with the idea of creating my own real estate management company for many years and finally took the plunge last fall.

I currently manage mostly vacation(absentee owners) properties and high end single family rentals although I only have a handful of properties under management. My goal is to grow my business slowly never sacrificing customer service and communication to both tenant and owner.

I would love to get in contact and network with successful and unsuccessful property managers and investors from all over. Any advice on growing my business is greatly appreciated.

Thanks and I am excited to continue to learn from some of the great minds on BP.

Zach
