Kids don't want to deal with a lawn while they're trying to go to school. 

If you are remote, Oakland gives you a lot of inventory with great lifestyle (food, accessibility, etc) and a bette price, but the schools are lackluster (although changing).We did the live-above-tenants thing for a year, and enjoyed it because our tenants were incredible but candidly were ready to move. 

I went to UM for law school, so a little familiar :) I still do FL RE work too.I like anything working class, so you can look inland or Doral or Hialeah? 

I am a high school teacher in Colorado and I am always looking to help young people get started in real estate investing or help in any way I can.

Parents often buy houses and keep them for 4 years and then dump when junior graduates. 

These cities tend to command quality tenants, and they have great schools.

I do not have strong knowledge on these subjects, and was never taught about them from family, or school.

It will probably be zoned “Residential”, butthe Railroad will not sale it without putting covenants on it, thatno human habitation (home, daycare, school, retirement home, etc) canbe built there.

I'm moving to Anderson, Indiana in April 2022 for grad school.

Looking back on my adventure into the sign business I concluded that when i did it all again I would work in the industry for at least 2 years before venturing off on my own, this way I can get my education while making some money before risking it all and enrolling in the school of hard knocks.
