And while converting it for a couple of years might seem attractive unless it continues to appreciate you will lose money by the time you take your monthly NOI and do a rehab from rental to make it ready for the next purchaser.Primary residences rarely convert best and highest into rentals (the opposite is true though).

I've joined the FB group for the local group but that is a great way to get involved and start getting exposure to the group so I'll ask if I can help with any of the logistics like you mentioned.I have been monitoring on credit karma but did not realize I could set goals on there, that is a great feature!

We plan to continue educating ourself while overseas and practice analyzing deals from a distance.2) there is also all this talk about the market (stock/real estate) correcting late 2019/2020.
