Mostly from people in the neighborhood busting through the pickets and walking through to get to the shopping center on the other side.Someone tried to make one of the rooms bigger by extending it into the bedroom.

I don't know where the wasps were living if it was in a tree or on the house.I had a yellow jacket nest in my back yard last year and the guy had to come out in a bunny suit . it was underground and bigger than a basket ball when he dug it out..

Also IMO any business should be scalable and setup so you can eventually step away and let it run itself without your involvement, so an eponymous name is a poor choice in that regard because the name implies the company will never grow bigger than you.

One would be to lower purchase price to cover those expenses and get work done after settlement before winter sets in and causes even bigger headaches when things start to fail.
