Once I have my list, I filter it out to specific zip codes and other criteria.

Hey all you Raleigh-Durham/Triangle area investors, specifically those of you who are flipping property, is there specific zip codes or neighborhoods that are a no go in your opinion?

My brokerage is working on a property in Pasadena CA that has a long list of code violations(see attached photos).

Does anyone know which zip codes to buy in Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake or Suffolk?

There may be a reason the seller does not want an agent involved other than commission which they are hoping you will miss like a code violation or cloud on title for example.

You could go with a QR code on the postcard that directly pulls up the video in a smart, but how how many people in your audience is familiar with QR codes.
