Raleigh-Durham No Go Zip Codes?

Hey all you Raleigh-Durham/Triangle area investors, specifically those of you who are flipping property, is there specific zip codes or neighborhoods that are a no go in your opinion? I've found a few different properties I'm interested in but I'm not familiar enough with this area to know which ones to steer clear from. What are the more desirable zip codes & areas throughout Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill? Thanks in advance for any info you have to share!
