I imagine part of this is all the other nuttiness going on that this is on the bottom of priorities but I'm beginning to think this could be delayed as they probably changed how they input that back end data to fit the system.

If the property fits and we like the numbers it wont matter if there's a dip in the market and the value decreases since we're owning long term and eventually it will come back.

That said, I think you risked burning a bridge you may have to cross soon because the PM agent sounds shady in this case and may not be the right fit for you, though I'm hoping that I'm wrong there because I don't want any investor to have a negative experience with their Agent.

Just like you shouldn't buy a stock until after you research and understand what they do, their leadership structure, and their performance (among other factors), you also shouldn't start in real estate investing without first understanding WHY real estate is a good fit for YOU personally, and how it aligns with your life/financial goals.
