@Jesus Aguirre Martinez Sorry for the late reply. I definitely understand where you're coming from being a noob myself. I have found a few investors through local meetups. With the pandemic still among us, everyone is doing video calls so it's a lot easier to fit into your schedule. 

To find local investors around you, I'd suggest searching on sites like "Meetup" and "Eventbrite" in your particular area. Bigger pockets also can show you events that other members are attending sometimes. Also, local REIs in your city or county could have monthly or even weekly meetups to join.
