Is agricultural zoning desirable to our pot growing industry?  

Always a concern that if someone is doing cooking, they could drop something on vinyl and mess it up...

So I am wondering if there is a way to find out...let's say...if we started in Cook County --- which cities in that county would be the best to start with.

Better yet, make a list of everyone you want to quote you, make a pot of coffee, then start calling and don't stop until you've exhausted your list.

It could make sense to have both risk-on and risk-off pots of money.  

I would argue that there are inherent conflicts of interest with the current incentive structure of real estate agents on both the traditional sell, and buy side.During situations where an agent is legitimately asking whether it's a good time trade-off to be showing properties, again whether rational or not, I think some folks believe that taking this approach produces a '**** or get off the pot' kind of mentality on the part of their client.
