I wouldn't be opposed to rent being pre-paid for the year with an executed contract in place but I would expect payment to be wired or electronically received.

No one said everyone goes to Google.And again, no one is saying you are not buying houses from people who did not go to Google, nor is anyone saying that you can't buy houses from people who didn't go to Google.But consider this:in 2022,  90.9% of the American population uses the internet.And in 2023, it is 91.8%The trend obviously is rising at a positive slope.Look John, I am not here to convince you of anything.
