Understand that a) I knew the guy personally, b) all the properties were within five minutes of where I lived (ie: it was easy to make sure he was holding up his end of the deal), and c) a crappy mowing job goes away in one week.  

Online help, which is VERY basic (and no Q&A) is a joke.

I have no experience so it will be difficult but I'm aggressive, driven, creative, and a quick learner so with enough effort I'll find the "how".So, that's where I have been, where I am, and where I'm going.

Investing in SFHs is not practical by my standards as the prices are driven by financially illiterate home buyers.Appreciation is not by bread and butter.

It will be interesting to see how Tesla's electric big rig (prototype driven by Musk in April) will fit with the LTL Regional Trucking segment for companies like YRC (fka "Yellow Freight"), since "...shipments have an average shipment size of approximately 1,500 pounds and travel an average distance of roughly 400 miles..." per YRC 10-K.
