I charged 50.00 to 125.00 to clean a stove.. bathtub 30 to 45, fridge 35 to 45, floors per room sweep and wash 15.00  per window and tracks 15.00 light bulbs replace 3.00 each. blinds 15.00 to 35.00 each to replace.

All we did was pressure wash it. 

Eventually, I want apartment complexes and car washes!

We did buy one property for 0% down - the relevant info on the seller motivation was he had a hard property to sell, it needed a lot of work and not much traffic.  

She will be a full-time and when she's not cleaning units she can replinish inventory, wash linens, and shop for pillows it other items that walk away.

We just extended it on the right side to the front and power washed.  

So it brings it closer to a wash.

I worked for 4 years in a restaurant washing dishes and had 18k saved up. 

Now that we're in a different mindset about housing, we are considering selling this place and calling it a wash and get something more along BP lines...like a house hacking situation. 

The condo is located in NJ.Just 2 weeks ago the condo above my unit had a failing washing machine that caused excessive flooding in my unit.
