I'm transitioning right now from the slab granite industry into home inspection which for me is kind of a step in the direction of real estate investing. 

Dallas has also finished out a major expansion of the rapid transit with light rails, so it's getting better in livability as well.

What career are you transitioning from? 

As the sellers agent it is your responsibility to work for the seller, but there isn't anything in the contract that states I need to get an inspection right away, and the contract has already been signed, and treating this transition like a business deal, I am obviously trying to protect my best interest.

She has to leave her big name company to work for my company, so we agreed on me paying half of her license fees, and numerous other fees so she wouldn't be hurting on money during her transition.
