Obviously, before you buy a condo with AirBnB in mind, you need to check the HOA rules and restrictions, as well as any local community regulations affecting this.

Another landlord told me once that your ad should say "yes, yes, yes" rather than "no, no, no" - meaning, the ad should promote your property's positive aspects, and steer away from rules and restrictions until later in the process.Here's my process that I've shared on here before:It all starts with online ads, within which are several questions I request be answered in their response to my ad.

I don't know the rules in these communities but you might check out Beaverton, Tigard, Milwaulkie's Airbnb restrictions as they are all a relatively easy commute into downtown (will she be at OHSU?).
