These people are making a lot of money, flipping lots of houses from relationships they are making in the group.

Hi BP Family,I am looking to buy my first home and would like a person who specializes in 203k renovation loans and has a good relationship with general contractors as well.

Could always beat him up and use a contractor you have use in the past and build a relationship.

All parties have good intentions but you will be wiser to start your land lording career with a safer bet.Laws vary from state to state on your rights when sharing your own private property. 

It forced me to take inventory of my resources and relationships to grow my business.

Thanks @Steve Portock and Ida G..I'm not sure how towing works as I have never established that relationship with a towing company.Couldn't she just run out there as the guy is setting up the tow?
