The IRS allows "any reasonable method" - county allocation certainly being one of them, if not the most common one. 

My question is does anyone notice a quality difference between these websites ?.

Neighborhood starts to deteriorate.75th to 79th - Neighborhood further deteriorates.Night and Day difference between the quality and rents of a 2 Bed apartment near 67th versus a similar apt closer to 79th.

I have installed shaker cabinets in several of my flips and Diamond kitchen & bath has always been the best prices and quality that I have found.

Old systems are most often oversized, which isn’t good for your energy usage nor the quality of heating/cooling in the house.

The quality and demeanor of the service has been inadequate IMO but nothing to fire them over.Recently, we received a bill for almost $1000 for repairing a window screen.
