First, let me say that when I came to Direct Lending Partners, there were a lot of great people trying to provide innovative solutions to a lot of passionate investors, but there were also a lot of areas we needed to improve.

I am very passionate and have tremendous drive.

I have always had a passion for real estate.I am new to investing. 

I have bought and built a lot of houses over the years and have a passion for real estate strategy.

It would be great to have other people who are in a similar situation as me get connected in order to discuss any pros and cons to investing in real estate while in medical school/residency while educating those who are passionate about medicine and establishing financial freedom prior to becoming an attending physician.

I am a stay-at-home mom with a Business Administration degree that I can’t wait to apply to my new passion for real estate investing.I decided to start listening to the BP podcast starting with episode 1- I’m about 15 in, and although I love the content I do feel as though some of it doesn’t apply to our current market as I’m sure it’s dated.

It's ALL the challenges of doing the deals, which is the hardest part (until you start doing the rehabs, which can kick your a** also).If you have a passion for this and you're willing to invest every spare penny and minute into it, then go for it.
