% COC return for first deal
Hello everyone :)
So @BeardyBrandon always talks about how he wants 10-12% COC return from a rental property. I am a newbie investor and looking to close on my first rental property in the coming months. Should I have the same rule?
My main focus right now is to be a sponge - soak up and learn as much as I can about REI. I am very passionate and have tremendous drive. That being said, should I consider a lower return for the purpose of gaining knowledge and experience? If so, what percentage should I settle for?
Feel free to PM, happy to chat with anyone.
Thank you in advance.
