Is it more restrictive to someone new?

@Kiyong Kim If you stipulate in your lease that they have to move out at the end of one year, or try to rent to someone you know/ someone that may know someone looking for a rental for no longer than a year at a good price, then you should be a little more comfotable with the decision... but even then, it can still get to a point that you take them to evicition court, and have them legally removed, Though if it comes to that, having as much legal documentation explaining the terms of the lease would best support your ability to get back in as quickly as possible. 

Everything is regulated through deed restrictions. 

Also there is nothing that legally that can be done to remove his name from the title.He says several investors have called him on it over the years and they brought it to the lender and were rejected as the lender wants top dollar/current market value for this abandoned property.  

I just want to know is wholesaling legal in Alabama, Specifically in the (Auburn,Opelika) and surrounding areas!

If I can legally roll all of it into my next deal it might be the right move.

Converted a SFH home with an odd floorplan to a legal duplex.

In fact the other lots already even have separate addresses legally, and have their own frontage. 

@Joe VilleneuveOffering rent credits is really great to sell properties fast but I have also heard there are legal complications related to that.One thing that i can think of is giving Seller concession instead of rent credit. 

@Ken Thom @Nathan Platter is correct provided you are not procuration a property with a deed restriction.
