Can I rent out my condo for only one year and then move back in?
I have a 2 bedroom condo in Los Angeles. Could I rent it out for exactly one year, and then move back in as my primary residence after the lease expires? I saw there's something like a owner occupied eviction, but I'm not sure how that works, how long that takes, etc. I don't think AirBnb would work since I won't be there to oversee, and there's too much risk of long periods of vacancy. Any advice would be appreciated!
