The machines were installed halfway through the lease terms, so there is nothing in the lease about them yet.2: does anyone have any rules in a lease regarding laundry use at all?

The place is pretty rough but I am just install builder grade stuff.

Of course there are other expenses like pest control, etc but as far as things that would normally be repair/maintenance, like plumbing parts to replace a leaking hot water heater hose, are now capex because they are part of a brand new hot water heater install or a bathroom remodel?

We also have two cameras we install temporarily while a unit is empty.

If you’re having them installed by professionals they should have zero problem removing them intact.
