@Ted Akers  got it.. since It was not my business model I just fast forwarded to your default position..I have a proctor insurance account so I can insure for monthly fee. so house was protected for the few days I owned it. 

I was just checking out a great vacay spot I like (Cape Cod) and its a milli for a house.

One tenant claims people are breaking into the house and hitting her at night.

Which house types (single family?

I have three different tenants all paying separately for one house. 

I'm interested to know how much other house flippers are paying their GC and what type of structure plan they have in place.
