Fortunately i was in the car and not in the office because I went ballistic...screaming, f-bombs, etc.  

Fortunately, my seller is Canadian and thanks to the considerable appreciation of the US dollar relative to the Canadian dollar it looks like she won't lose any money.

All joking aside you are very fortunate to be in relationship with someone who is on board and supportive and really it makes a big difference.  

I am in a very fortunate position right now where I am not rushed to sell, or really need to sell. 

Luckily, I'm fortunate that my W2 job is providing an excellent base of experience for personal investing, which I plan to start doing remotely in my home state of Vermont, while still pursuing my career here in NYC.
