New Member From NYC
Hi all, been employed as an acquisitions analyst/project manager/jack of all trades for a successful multi-family investor in the New York City area for the past several years. I'm hoping to connect with more local investment brokers, wholesalers, and other active investors in the NYC area.
I did my education the expensive way - college and MSRED. Luckily, I'm fortunate that my W2 job is providing an excellent base of experience for personal investing, which I plan to start doing remotely in my home state of Vermont, while still pursuing my career here in NYC. Looking to engage any Vermont brokers, wholesalers, and investors here also. Will be focusing on 2+ unit opportunities in Chittenden County and partnering with a local friend with rehabbing experience.
