Hi, I'm seriously looking to became a property Investor, with small flats or condos, basicly fix them and flip them with a quick return.I am trying to find funds in order to finance this enterprise, willing to select one by one property and sell, then move on to next one.My question is anybody in the community could suggest the best option for financing these quick investments?

Here are a few questions i have. 1.Can you still screen your Tenants or do you have to take whoever they saying you2.How is the initial process for inspection I’ve heard a lot of negative things about it3. 

For my very first lease I went through my realtor who listed the place, found and screened the tenants, and did all the paperwork.

Lets all work together to put an end to allowing bad tenants to jump from one landlord to another.Are you a landlord that self manage and you don't want to use any paid service to help you screen tenants? 

We recommend it highly.We use Rentler to manage tenant screenings, rent payments, etc. 

They're a "disruptor"/creative company that does mgmt for a flat monthly fee - worth researching.

I’ve been talking with them but they want a upfront fee of $3,500 but I get refunded $2,250 when the deal is done and after that no more fees just appraisal fee.6.5% flats fee1.5% monthly fee5 month term 100% financing up to 70% of the ARV

I'm not a student, but would like to rent by the room, I might not be able to get people I know, so I'd be screening and having parents co-sign, at least for the time I have to live there to say it's a "primary residence", and then I may or may not continue with that strategy 

Or add a granny flat.
