Hi, I'm seriously looking to became a property Investor, with small flats or condos, basicly fix them and flip them with a quick return.

I am trying to find funds in order to finance this enterprise, willing to select one by one property and sell, then move on to next one.

My question is anybody in the community could suggest the best option for financing these quick investments?

- Crédito Mobiliario is the best and cheapest option?

- Conta Caucionada is the best option for this ? Some friends they advise me to be extremily caucios with this option

Looking forward to read your insights.

Kind Regards,

P.
