I'm not sure the cost of the ads in the classifieds, but there isn't much competition for the space in my local paper.I don't think this is a great way to advertise properties that are already completed, but could be a great way to find houses to flip.In general, the people who are subscribing to the newspaper are older and are not as tech savvy.

If you come across a really good deal, you are going to want to get that property under contract before your competition does.

nwi is good but alot of competition nowadays so harder to find the deals.

So far it's not created any competitive issues with our homes for lease.

Both of these places would have positive cash flow allocating for legit cap expense ($250-$300 for a detached unit per month, so at least $500 for a detached duplex), vacancy 5%, and maintenance.I really should not be encouraging competition in my area but I am NOT using Escondido because I think it is unique but because I know it well and know what duplex to quad are on the market and what duplex to quad have sold.
