A food production plant could be running at a lower leveraged point as they may be more labor intensive with lower capital requirements.Not sure what the "PP industry" is, did you mean personal property?

Asking this as food for thought, as I see many people WANT to get into real estate with no money but do not get very far because they may not be ready mentally or financially.
