Building Shipping Container Community in Tijuana

I want to build a shipping container community in Tijuana, Mexico. Guests will be able to stay for as little as 1 night. Does anyone have any best practice ideas for shipping containers or modular/prefab construction techniques? Plan is to rent the land at first and then move the modular units to a new site which we can buy.

Also, does anyone have any experience of doing business in Mexico as a foreigner? Any tips?

Pretty good shipping container build on youtube worth following. I'm sure there are others but this one answered some of the nitty gritty questions I had about methods.
