Different laws and procedures create different traps and strategies for buyers.

When researching this rule the best origin I could find was it was born from mobile home investing, which would make sense.

My daughter was born Dec. 27. 

I do recall one big problem locally (death and lawsuit, IIRC) back in maybe 2007, but don't recall the details.Personally, I don't have a problem doing it so long as the unit isn't a death trap - I appreciate that building codes are (mostly) valuable and established for a reason.  

Tenant interferes with process from day one, but I'm not told about that for about 2 months. ( they remove traps, add more traps, don't let pest control in the unit, etc. )  3 weeks ago is when I'm informed that tenants are interfering...I have a meeting with them, pest control technician and his supervisor explaining NOT to Move, add or do anything.

Have been lucky to have a pretty good career (knock on wood) but really want to start getting somePassive income so I'm not "trapped" in one job / one location until I die.
