Hello, can you please suggest a good beginner book/source for Tax Liens (nationwide) and Tax Deeds (specifically for texas). I have attended US TAX Lien association seminar and would love to learn more about it myself, instead of purchasing their program. thank you so much!!!

Concentrate on  one specific state or area.  Tax lien/deed laws vary Greatly from state to state, and sometimes counties.  Many people buy tax certificates here and lose most or all of their money.  Different laws and procedures create different traps and strategies for buyers.
