I could break that down into additional questions such as-Flip or rent-What counties, cities, zip codes-bed/bath/garage e.g. 3/2/2-purchase price, ARV, repair numbers desiredOr can I save myself playing 1,000 questions and assume asking "What type of property are you looking for?"

I don't know dimensions of the bedroom or maximum bed size it will accommodate (i.e. , not suitable for king size bed) or mention on scheduling a showing that large furniture would be an issue going up the stairs.
