Do you know how long it typically takes for his team to reach out with an appointment time/date?

We've not gone to the degree of Italy where you need papers to leave your house, but all non-essential businesses are closed and you are only suppose to go out for provisions or medical appointments.  

Is this just a matter of setting up an appointment with each tenant, bringing the old lease and the new lease and having everything signed?

I have an appointment to look at the property tomorrow and all I have is a one page contract to do an assignment.

So the best value I added was being willing to get the appointment to see it and make a move in a VERY hot market summer of 2021.

So, if I go in for a listing appointment, and decide that I want to buy the thing myself...... well, they already know that I am a Realtor, so that disclosure is out of the way.  

Probably better to have an LLC that appoints you as a manager if she is worried about you draining her bank accounts.

So we set up an appointment to go look at it.

Of course, a piece of paper can not hold title to real property; therefore you appoint a Trustee (a person or entity) to hold title as Trustee of the trust.

I setup an appointment with a realtor next week then plan to start looking at loan options to see what we qualify for.
