Power of Attorney in Texas
Hello all. My mother-in-law is planning to rent out her home and has asked me to basically take care of everything. Literally. I am up for the task and have been doing a ton of research to make sure that I am doing everything correctly. We have discussed getting a power of attorney as well so that I can sign on her behalf. I am assuming this will be a Limited POA but what things should be included in it to cover all bases? Thanks for any insight!
