You can also hire your own appraiser if you don't mind the extra cost, and again, a visit to the property and a tour of the neighborhood/city can go a long way to confirming the value of a property without relying on someone else's opinion.

I spent the time to look up all the so called properties she was flipping that we toured during the program and some of them were bought and held for many years leading up to the week i was in the program, so i feel like she bought up so much property when it was bottomed out in value after the crash and she held them doing the flips during the class periods to fund the flips or something, because when you line up all the past flips she did they all correspond around course dates..
