I am sick and tired of hearing excuses .  

I let them know I would keep them if they happen to throw me some tired landlord referrals.   

I'm tired of being out bid by people doing 1031 exchanges buying things at negative cap rates.

That's what I promised my TK providers.I think that's fair to avoid tire kickers occupying their time.

The volume players aren't going to give much priority to tire kickers or needy investors.

Additionally, I've noticed an abandoned vehicle parked on the public curbside, with flat tires and no license plates, as well as another pickup truck filled with junk and displaying out-of-state plates.

I'm so tired of people buying up real estate on our main roads and turning it into junk. 

We buy as a corp.A common property in our region is the small multiplex (3-10 units), they are usually tired and miss managed with rent below market value and VTB is sometimes available. 

But if you were to open up your area, find people with true motivation, you will not only be spending your marketing dollars more efficiently, you won't get so many tire kickers and people who aren't really interested.
