Search engines love Wordpress, and its great for loading videos of your properties that you have.Thats my 2 cents on this..

It works like a charm.Another one is to do a quick video of some of the homes for sale in your market and post it on some of the major video sites.Just about a month ago I picked up a buyer who is buying up over 2 million in real estate over the next couple months....I have had some of my videos grab top placement on the 1st SERP's within 2 hours for awesome keywords.Kill'em and grill'emEric

I'm a newbie and watched a few videos on YouTUBE where the gurus recommended starting off around 11%-21% and then incrementally building up.  

I have project management and technical skills in the IT industry and audio video industry.

I've read tons of books and watched a lot of training videos but I learn better by doing the critical day to day tasks for success.
