Today she informed me that her son in law changed the thermostat in my unit and claims the neighbor next door has control of her furnace(not possible).

My 9 year old son is with me at times because I like him to see what life is like.Advise: stay in your lane.

I plan on fixing this one for the son and his family.I am also happy that I have meet with several BP members one to one. 

My son is graduating CSU with a Criminal Justice degree and is applying to the Colorado Springs Police Department and our lender said he could count his years in college as years of employment because his degree is the same as his career field. 

I have never been more scared of failure before, but now i have my son and i cannot put us in a bad financial position. 

They purchased it to rehab themselves, with their son as the primary worker.  

My son who is 17 is looking to work and learn about real estate investing.

He didn't know his insurance lapsed over the summer, and his son was injured requiring hospital attention--his son broke his leg and it required surgery to fix.
