If Cali decides that a "kill/soak the rich" tax plan is the way to go, I can only say that if you throw rocks, people run away.Again, Cali is a great place, but like Seattle and Portland are discovering, you drive out the rich, they'll prob be replaced by the poor.

My first hire would be an experienced contractor to handle the basics (demo, framing, sheet-rock, flooring, etc.) and sub out the specialties (roofing, electrical, plumbing, foundation, HVAC, etc.).What do you think?
