Finally Took Action

What’s up BP?

My name is James and I’m a beginner wholesaler who struggled with analysis paralysis for about 6 or 7 years. I’m in the Broward/Miami-Dade area and came across wholesaling while doing research on YouTube. Of course like most of us, I spent countless hours watching webinars and reading about wholesaling but never took action. I always felt I needed to know more, which ultimately held me back from taking initiative. After so many years of just sitting on the sidelines, I finally decided to get in the game. I was nervous about the responses I would receive from annoyed home owners but decided to go for it. I told myself I had to just rip the band-aid off and get comfortable with being uncomfortable. So far, I received a few responses from owners who wanted me to stop contacting them and other owners who said the property wasn’t for sale at the moment. Now that I got the monkey off my back, I realized the worst that can happen is someone will tell me no. Despite those responses, I will continue pushing towards my goal of getting my first deal. I know it won’t be easy but I know it only takes one yes. This post is very long winded so I’ll start wrapping it up here. I will try my best to come back to this post and give weekly updates on my wholesale journey. Wish me luck and I hope you all have a great day.

YES.  Reverse engineer your system.
