Tenants sometime make the assumption that the person that owns the real estate is rich, make sure they understand you are just a regular person who will have to budget for expenses.

My reply to this is that I will give you my regular fair price on the first 6 , and I will discount the last one .

The large commercial projects in the pipeline are huge and large new projects being announced regularly so we should see this get back to normal or better in 12 - 24 months.I don't monitor the outlying counties as much, but they still look depressed.
