Hey all! I've lived in the Boise/Meridian area for almost 2 years now. I continue to be stunned by the prices in the area. I think the home I purchased (new construction) has appreciated 6 figures already!

That said, my real estate investing has been limited to Fundrise, a bad deal in Equity Multiple and listening to many Bigger Pockets podcasts over the past few years. I'm close to a point where I can start investing more seriously, but definitely feel like I'm in the "don't know what I don't know" phase of learning.

Is there a Boise/Meridian area real estate investors group that meets regularly?  Even by Zoom?  I realize the importance of networking and would like to get to know more people in a similar situation as me.  Thanks in advance for any help!
