Do you travel down the public roads in Philadelphia?

If a preliminary title search I conduct via a public record search shows anything remotely shady, I order a lien and encumbrance (L& E or O&E) report from my title co to be received by e-mail for $80.  

No, you're not being a snitch, you're being responsible toward the public and your peers.

Call the Alabama Real Estate Commission for details but that money is there to protect the public in the event of fraud.

While she is entitled to that opinion I do not think its fair to publicly claim something is in a bad area with the data states the opposite.

For every person that may be attracted to the amenities of a larger building there is the person that wants nothing to do with a public pool and 200 neighbors.  

The House has been on the auction for a while. we actually drove 500 miles to look at it and was a great house. it is one of those Hubzu Auctions so i know it will be alot of watching and not bidding and bidding etc..I asked the agent if she had any idea why it had not sold. she thinks its been vacant for a while. public records show it was foreclosed on in august. but she thinks it was vacant for a while before that. and it has been on the market before the foreclosure at around 255,000.

I sympathize, but if you throw your email address out there on a public forum, getting added to someones email list is just going to happen.
