We really liked the house and if there is any appreciation in the area, we think it will be good decision (hopefully :))

Seeking out a financial advisor is a smart decision in my opinion, as long as it is one who understands all different types of investments, including real estate.

Still, the decision is on me, but performing notes seems to be an area I should be aware of, before making the final decision(s), and funds to place this extra fund.

You should have seen the belly laugh.. at the time that county was so poorly run that titles would take on average 90 days to record .. so they had to offer gap insurance which was the first time I learned of this little nugget..
