My first question is why do you want a financial advisor. As a rule those guys get paid to sell stocks and insurance. I have no interest in either as an investment. Also, I have never met a financial advisor who didnt have a job. Lots of real estate investors have already replaced their w-2 income with passive income. So I see no reason why on Earth I would want the advice of someone who still has to work for a living. That is akin to asking a virgin about sex ed!! I would suggest that you track down a successful RE investor. I am a bit rusty on my WI geography, but if Kenosha is close to Milwaukee, then you need to look up Eric at the Milwaukee REIA. If that doesn't work, then you need might want to reach out in another direction to find a mentor who can teach you how to quit your job.
