Second Strategy: I am working to create a, " I Buy Houses, Home Solutions" flyer advertisment on, Microsoft Word, that I am going to print out on bright colored paper then deliver the papers to every house in the 2 hottest neighborhoods in my city and deliver more to 3 known neighborhoods close to home hoping to generate some leads and get some offers made and the ball rolling.I was looking to get some insight on these tactics and whether or not they might have worked for anyone in the past.

Things I have found renters care less about than I do: new cabinets, fancy light fixtures, specific types of flooring (other than no carpet), granite countertops, outside landscaping, fancy siding, heavy curb appeal in general, fancy appliances, and probably other things I can't even think of off the top of my head.
