I wouldn't want to get into a drama where they're both calling me with the latest details of whatever's going on.And I wouldn't call the cops either, until my friend told me I should. 

I am not sure how they enforce this (the city inspector asked during my latest inspection, but I only had people in my 4 bed unit so it wasn't an issue)

Andrew,Just an idea...As a safety net - you can always keep up with the latest in Solidworks, Inventor, Catia or NX by doing the free classes on-line (at least for a year or two until you feel comfortable).
