Adding a Tenant to the Lease

I have a 5 bedroom house that I am currently renting to 4 adults and 2 children.  One of the adults wants his girlfriend added to the lease.  My question is do I increase the rent or security deposit?  If so, is there an addendum to use that would specify this?  Letting an additional person move in means more wear and tear on the house.  My fear is they will continue to want to add people to the lease and it'll be a slippery slope until there are 8-10 people living there.
