What would be a responsible term for a MF unit?

I did a "lease-option" with him where I essentially took over ownership and responsibility for the property as if I owned it.

You could probably double or triple your profit each month with a STR, but you would probably quadruple the amount of headaches and responsibilities.

You should read the instructions on Auction.com listing to see which type of sale it is, and if an REO sale be sure it is specified that it will be conveyed with a Warranty Deed. 

I get a much higher response rate when I'm directly calling them versus using a telemarketing service.

@Rich Hupper I’m not sure about the specifics of enforcement, but once contamination is found the property owner is responsible for remediation.
